Advanced Restoration, LLC was established in 1994 as a full-service property restoration company affiliated with A.S.C.R. and the National Institute of Disaster Restoration. Our success is built on a wealth of restoration experience and a team of certified professionals.
Advanced Restoration employs experienced restoration project managers whose responsibility it is to manage each project from start to finish. Our certified restorers are some of a select few within the state of Utah. They have undergone a demanding program of training, reporting, and periodic recertification. These credentials coupled with our state-of-the-art emergency, technology, facility, and equipment resources reflect Advanced Restoration's proven commitment to you, our valued customers.

Job Process
Advanced Communication
Everyone with interest in the project will have ONE contact: The estimator! The estimator holds the main responsibilities and will coordinate with the property owners, insurance adjuster and agents - everyone will be in the loop.
First Contact
At Advanced Restoration, our estimators handle the process of each job from beginning to end. They will meet with you to discuss the expectations of the project and answer all your specific questions.
Estimates
Advanced Restoration utilizes one of the most common estimating databases used by insurance professionals. Repair Estimates are available with quantities, unit prices, and a sketch of the area. All estimates are sent to the assigned insurance adjuster for approval.
Scheduling
The estimator will handle the scheduling of all the repairs. They will find a timeline that is realistic and that fits in your schedule.
Photographs
Digital photographs are generated for each project. These can be e-mailed to a claims representative for their use. Digital photo's can be sent with the estimate for the purpose of clarifying a claim.
Billing
Unless otherwise specified, all invoices are sent to you, the property owner. If your claim went through your insurance, it is your responsibility to coordinate the money with your insurance carrier. If it is a covered loss, you are still required to pay your portion, also called the insurance deductible or co-pay, to the restoration company.

Will You Be Ready? Sometimes Mother Nature gives us advance warning of a disaster; sometimes she doesn't. A tornado may be spotted several minutes before it strikes your area. An earthquake is likely to give no warning at all. Below are some ways you can prepare today.
Disaster Survival Kit - A good survival kit includes: Non perishable food, fresh water, medications, first-aid kit, flashlight & batteries, cash, clothing, blankets and emergency numbers including information about your insurance policies.
Have a plan - Plan different escape routes from your home with your family. Decide where you will meet if you are separated. Have one contact person to report everyone’s well-being.
Practice the plan - Communicate the plan to your family and educate them about the different disaster scenarios. Practicing the plan is the best way to be sure the information is fresh on everyone’s mind.

Q. What are the benefits of hiring a restoration company over doing the work myself?

Q. What am I responsible to pay in the event of a claim?
A. Insurance policies have a co-pay amount which is the responsibility of the insured (property owner) to pay. Co-pays usually range from $250 - $1000. If you are not sure the amount of your co-pay, ask your insurance agent.
When your insurance company determines the total amount for the claim, your insurance company will typically make payment for the amount of the claim minus the Co-pay. For instance, if you have a loss of $3,000.00 and your co-pay is $250.00; your insurance company will issue a check for $2,750.00. You as the insured are responsible for the Co-Pay.
Q. How do I know if I should file a claim?
A. It is our goal, at Advanced Restoration, to make the claims process as easy as possible. With our Easy-Claim program, we offer a free consultation with you, the property owner, to help answer questions about the claims and restoration processes and help determine the amount of damage.
Our estimators are experts in the restoration field and can give you their opinion about whether or not it is worth it to file a claim. (**This is not a written estimate**)
Q. Can I still use Advanced Restoration if I don’t have insurance or don’t want to file a claim?
A. Yes, Advanced Restoration works with all property owners with or without insurance.
